A vibration sensor is the basis for all quality vibration analysis, and as such it is imperative to use the best vibration sensor available. Here at Santech Vibration, we are proud distributors of Spectrum Instruments’ Wilcoxon Sensors and instruments.

Each machine centre will have different needs and may require different styles and configurations of the sensor, and Wilcoxon gives us these variations. Low frequency vibration sensors or high temperature resistant sensors for thermal oil pumps, each machine vibration sensor will be tailor made to your equipment needs.

We can stud mount our sensors into housings that allow for drilling and threading; or, we can adhere a stainless steel threaded puck onto the bearing or machine point to stud mount the sensor.

Also available are triaxle sensors and combination vibration and temperature sensors.

Any of these configurations can also be done wirelessly and constant monitoring of data is available upon request.
